JDM YARD ARE SHIT man literally worst customer service iv EVER experience no joke...
i gave up on them so im still looking!!! i pretty much only want the skunk 2 megapower now but if someones willling to throw away the pro racer cheap as chips i MAY consider as another exhaust...

if you don't pull your head in and start acting like a respectable person,

Try Shift Performance, they can supply you with skunk2 products as well.

ok well wen u email them and it takes them 4 days to reply and they give u a very limited UNHELPFUL reply so then u call them and they put u on hold for over 15 minutes THEN after that they say sorry no one here to help call back later i spose then and ONLY then u can tell me to be more respectable.. they were VERY unprofessional... and because of that ONE bad experience i probs wont go back to them.. fair enough yea??

have to say i found there service a little average, might be different for you guys who can deal face to face with them i'm sure, but i felt like i was a hassle to them. I doubt i'll deal there again, but you never know i could have just caught them on a bad day...(twice)

i did not SWEAR on the fone CHAMP...? i swore in that quote i said they were sh*t...? thats it i acted as a customer on the fone n they seemed uninterested in helping me hence why my email wasnt replied to for over 3 days..? 3 WORKING days btw... and then i called n i was put on hold for 15mins n i still didnt say anything rude to them wen i pretty much could hav complained about numerous things they did wrong..
if ppl r jus gonna hav a B*TCH sesh do it on the general chat thread.. im LOOKING for a specific item which is why i started the thread...

I disagree. I believe in treating someone how THEY want to be treated. No two people want to be treated the exact same way.

I want a no BS quick response and no airy fairy padding. Not everyone is like that. In sales the best approach is one that suits the buyers motives. But at the end of the day no matter who the person is, rudeness should not be tolerated. I've pulled many abusive customers back into line in the past.

i totally agree with you monty i work for ACCOR based in NOVOTEL atm... and i deal with THOUSANDS of different clients n thats wat makes a salesmen literally... a great salesman is someone who can pick wat sort of service the buyer wants and to provide that.. weather its dilly dallying around or short and sweet this is the price take it or leave it like u said everyones different.. i myself was not rude to them like i said i hardly spoke to them i was put on hold lol... but yee wen getting a quote i just want a straight yes we hav the item it cost this much.. postage cost this much =) nice n simple and easy
