my mate had a similar experience.. in his WRX

some guy did a burn out at a set of lights then drove off while my mate was a few car spots behind.. all the way at the back were some cops... cops pulled my mate over..

d!ckbrains didnt understand that you cant really do a burn out with a AWD WRX

Hoons are basically guys that don't obey the law on the road. I reckon hooning is alright when there is no one around but yourself so you don't cause any injuries to others LOL my two cents
