    i think a hoon is someone who drives in an "unacceptable" way that makes other people look at them in disgust...

    its when the way u drive is looked down upon by the public...

    u don't have to be speeding to be a hoon... u just have to drive in a manner that ppl don't like, and you will be labelled a hoon.

        to me... anyone who thinks that they own the road is a hoon... ie. raging when someone is driving slower than they are, speeding, cutting cars in a dangerous manner and etc...

            man im sick and tired of hearing hoon this and hoon that. i dont care what anyone says its not a major problem in australia, especially these days...hardly anyone speeds on the roads anymore. i reckon its all planned by the government to get the public distracted from the real issues like policies, wars, government decisions etc

                i dont know about wagga, but in sydney if u propose that perspective (not a problem + these days + hardly anyone speeds) i highly beg to differ... it seriously sounds like a

                    i come to sydney every uni holdays. i use to live in the west (mounty ftw). and no im not being sarcastic. compared to say five or six years ago, hardly anyone speeds/races on the streets. revenue genarating is exactly what it is. older people are more of a risk on the roads that younger "hoons" look at the stats. like i said its all just a distraction from the reall issues today..IMO
