Ordering Tyres/ Wheels from the States ???

My 4x tires (economy air - forgot to ask for sea) cost USD$250 in shipping. Even after then the tyres were cheaper than the equivalent to what I could get locally.

whoah... I contacted Vance and asked for a rough shipping quote for a set of 18" tires.

US$$235.72

That is surprisingly reasonable...

If we had to pay duty,etc because value goes over $1000...is it a hassle? or does for example the courier pay it and they charge us when the goods are delivered? i have no clue in this area...can anyone help???

Hey I also ended up ordering from Vance, Had ther RE01R's delivered to my door in roughly 5 days.

No dramas no nothing. Beautiful service, best of all now they were roughly 300 less than what a seller on ozhonda was selling them for 8 months ago.

mine was over AUD$1k w/shipping and i didnt get taxed. maybe just lucky then.
