Does that have mounting hole for the engine dampener?

there are a couple of add on braces out there for the facelift version of the DC5 (05-07 JDM DC5R AUM DC5S)

What Volume Number is that Hyper Rev ?

yes that has a hole for the engine damper, but haven't got one fitted
i'm a bit unsure if i want to or not...need one to try out first.

I been shown these figures are the ball mark for these sort of mods.
I understand different dynos/cars/brand of mods and so forth, different figures will show

was it tested on a dyno dynamics? the figures sound really high for your mods.

i have a cusco and it fits perfectly. be careful with rear braces though as most dont fit.

Hay mate, i'm running a gruppe-m i'm on my type s! Make sure you order one for the "face lifted" Type R as they changed the intake slightley to accomidate the different strut brace. Apart from that went together like lego

Hay mate, they appear to have taken the pre face lifted model of there website, looking at the pictures it appears to be the new model. Just make sure when ordering to make sure its for Face lifted DC5R.

Any reason your looking at haltech over kpro? Tuner's preference ??

main reason is the hassle: need to find dc5r ecu + o2 wiring harness plus i dont want to send my keys away to be reprogrammed? oh and the annoying flashing immob light!

it's not that big of an issue kieran :P you'll get so used to the flashing light that you won't notice it. It's like watching TVB with subtitles....

I thought it was the new model as the wireframe shows the updated model and the picture looks to have the 3 point strut brace but its a tiny pic.. not that it matters
