DC2R or DC5R?

If you want it raw and real, get a DC2R.
If you still want a good handling car with a lot of potential, but a bit more daily driver friendly, get a DC5R.

in reply to iceman cos i dont know how to quote.. uhmms yeah ive test driven both cars both cars were pretty much bone stock to give a better comparison.. they both have their ups and downs i guess.. hrmms im looking at building a touge car.. thats basically purely it.. car wnt be driven everyday just weekends? hope that helps.

I owned a DC5R, while my GF still owns an awesome DC2R. As everyone says, it really depends on what you're looking for, but maybe use the following as a guide.

If you're going to keep it relatively stock go with the DC2R as its a better package out of the box over the stock AUDM DC5R - and is a more involves the driver a lot more. DC5R IMHO responds much better to performance mods whilst also looking killer with some simple styling modifications.

DC2R definitely has more street-cred out there, and if its only a weekend car then you won't need all the luxuries of the DC5. But yeah, at the end of all that the choice still comes down to one thing. YOU!! If it were me though, I'd go the DC5 again. Either way, you'll enjoy it brother, and if you're still confused, just by my R34!! lol

depends on what your looking for. dc5rs are comfortable and fun to drive... dc2r "feels" faster and are alot more fun!! in terms of looks, again, personal preference, and for me, the older cars have always looked better, new cars seem to look bigger and fatter recently
