I hate these threads. Stock vs stock the DC2 is a better car but once modded both cars are leagues ahead of any other FWD sports car. At the end of the day buy what makes you happy, not what other people tell you is a better car because at the end of the day they both have good and bad points.
All this talk about feeling one with a car and having some kind of connection makes me laugh. People often confuse raw with connection. We're not F1 supremos and none of us could find the limit at which one becomes superior to the other. It's all subjective anyway.
It also comes down to how deep your pockets are. If you're prepared to spend uber dollars on modding them the DC5 becomes a very strong package, just like an AP1/AP2 or any other Honda. Everyone has their limits. I hate the JDM comparison too since we all mod our cars so at the end of the day most DC5s here are far superior to the JDM car.Last edited by m0nty; 25-05-08, 02:18 PM.

Both cars are good, and both AUDM cars in stock form suck balls compared to JDM.

a worked DA6 would wipe the floor with a stock DC5 too... in terms of track performance...
but what about daily driving? the DC5 wipes the DA6's ass...
m0nty - most guys are responing with "car X is better, because of this (probably subjective) reason"
this is fine, and i think is the *purpose* of these threads...
it is very important to realise the community is diverse and not everyone has the same tastes/desires...
there will always be rivalry within marques, we are just REALLY lucky that we get to argue about which Integra is better, as both are so spectacular to begin with!!!... retired/

"Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horse power is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you."
