having second thoughts about getting this DC2R

that rocker cover has been sanded back to be plain aluminium...

just means it was probably damaged or something in the past - easy way to make it look better is sand it back...

from the looks of it, looks pretty dodge, the panels are all misaligned... meaning big accident.

there is a fair bit of white coolant residue around the radiator cap. Either the owner is a hard driver or the seal is worn. Check it out IF you do buy the car.

and also the cusco catch can - where does the outlet hose link to? back to the sump?

a DC2R is a firm ride either way....
that DC2R doesn't look quite right...JDM DC2 doesn't have red rocker covers?

JDM engine code is simply B18C.
B18C7xxxx is AUDM engine code

i reckon besides RACV check (which is really very basic anyway), you should get a honda tuner specialist to check it out.
