Write off

Just wanted to know if hydro locking the engine constitutes as a write off....

Shouldnt be, theres no structural damage to the car and the chassis, you should be fine, just replace engine, but should double check with rta

That all depends on what thw insurance company deems to be a write off. If they see that replacing the engine will cost more than the pay out. Most likely they will make it a write off. Just like when you get your recaros stolen. As its way to expensive to replace them. They make it a write off. This from what ive read and heard. So correct me if im wrong
