Its an OEM central locking with an aftermarket alarm.

Can I purchase used remotes from a used vehicle like the link below and re program it myself ?

Id suggest just replace the whole alarm system, if u do want oem will probs cost you much more than you think, my car came with only one remote, I changed instead of getting another remote so I know I have the only remotes that can unlock my car and switch off immobiliser etc.
