I think i still might go for the Sports organic at the moment. Just wondering if anybody knows the best place to get one from? Ive been looking around, the best I've gotten so far was about $530. Ebay doesnt sell them, and there hand to find for a decent price.

You didn't look very hard. This is the clutch you want, the US equivalent of the HCK-7369SO: LINK I know it looks different but it's going to do the same thing at a 40% saving.

Sorry to keep posting up links but i guess it will help others decide in the future.
I found this, Its 6 spring, much cheaper and seems to be racing organic which is what i would be looking for.
Can you tell me if this would be the same as the HCK-7369so?

I’ll put my 2cents in….and only from my personal experience.
I own DC5S, Changed the OEM clutch for the Exedy Sports Organic, only because I was fitting an LSD & lightened Flywheel too at the same time.
Makes sense to change clutch while everything is out. The car at the time had about, 90-100k on the clock.
Fark…….well as I found out these Exedy Sports Organic clutches don’t last long, maybe 30k my driving. BTW I don’t do Burnouts, Just race it like I stole it from my mum
So I got it replaced again with another Exedy Sports Organic clutch @ 130k only because I told the Vendor I’ll buy it from them, just wanted to keep my word.
So my next clutch will be the OEM one it’ll last longer and do the same job & cheaper :/

Wow 30k that cant be right!! I spoke to a guy from tyrepower in melbourne. Turns out they import from Tegiwa and he is getting me the 6 spring aus version for 450. If it is the exact part number I asked for, thats a shit load cheaper than everything else. According to him, its more the clamp load that affects the life of the clutch. The stage 1 clutches have a 40% clamp load, and his has lasted him 60k kms, with about 20 left in his opinion. He also tracks it once a month. The sport organic should be considerably longer in life span, being 15% less on the clutch load. So i have no godly idea how in the F you got 30k kms out of it. Not trying to disrespect or anything but that sounds fried...I really hope mine lasts longer :S

Like most of us here, we race that's when the fun kicks in.
The only thing I can think that could have contributed to it was the flywheel not being cleaned properly when new, before installing?
