    Yellow Speed Racing coilovers

    Hi Everyone,

i've been trolling the internet to find a bang for buck coilover system and stumbled across this brand. Has anyone heard of them?

    http://www.yellow-speed.com/

positive or negative reviews? people are loving them on the mx5 forum, very well priced as well.

It would great to hear a honda enthusiasts opinion on these coilovers.

    Cheers Jon

Have a read of the follow:

The guys from Wholesale Suspension seem to rate Yellow Speed over BC Racing (both in same price range).

priced at the low 1k mark, not bad for height and damper adjustment

Have a look at Function and Form Coilovers as well.

Choosing suspension is a very personal thing tho, One person may love the spring rate+dapening combo of one company and another may hate it. I know it's really hard to test every coilover setup on your car with out spending $10000000000004.

I was reading over the weekend on Honda-tech that people were highly recommending Koni yellow+Ground control setup over Zeal Super Functions for track work.

^ this is true, that being said though you will not find suspension with quality damping unless you pay up, 99% of suspension <$2k will have harsh low speed damping and fairly poor damping adjustability so expect a harsh ride if you are not getting very soft springs.

Most people dont go the Koni GC route because you need to modify oem strut housings to build them which scares a lot of people. Also you will be stuck with the high steering arm which isnt cool.
