Its called the run in period where the piston and chamber will start to run in n bore each other. Drive it at too high a RPM, the boreing will not be as smooth and u will encounter problems such as high fuel consumption and inconsistant idleing when u drive the car for a long time. If you are planning to trash the car n sell it after 3 years, this wont affect you. But poor next buyer.....
