here are some pics the calipers fitted with the new rotors. Quality not great again but its still better then nothing...
So can't wait to get them installed on the car, hopefully everything will work out and we be good to go. The wheel is a 17" so with that semi fitted, I have about .5" of clearance, maybe I can go a little bigger on the rotors, maybe a 345mm.
I will be making a FOR SALE for the first set of monobloc again, they will be direct bolt on to our knuckles. I have already made the grunt work, now someone to pick them up and run one of a kind brake setup
Can i ask... seriously... this is going sound so NOOB.
Why the guard look so silver.. like polished silver (shiney)
Just an explanation would be great.. i know you flared the gaurds but i don't know this process...
Difference in flaring guards to rolling them is ??

what do you mean? its the original metal under the paint which is required to be stripped down to get some welding work done to the fenders. probably just my iphone that is causing the high polish look...other then that its the original fenders.
whats difference between rolled and flared guards :S?
Rolling of the guard is rolling the inner lining of the fender where the mud guards would attach to so there is no lip.
Where as flaring is to expand the lining outwards for distance away from the wheel/tyre.....
If i am wrong someone correct me......

you are correct, flaring requires more work and fabrication work, rolling the fenders is pretty easy in comparison and there is a tool you use which makes it nice and simple
