nice..
how did u deal with the srs light since u took the stock seats out?
Didn't really deal with it tbh, light is still on. I made a thread a while back trying to see if anyone in Aus has gotten around it but most seem to have just not bothered. (http://forum.clubitr.com.au/showthre...ghlight=airbag). Will be looking into an srs module from a dc5r when I get some more dosh.
correct me if i'm wrong but type S doesnt have recaro seats as stock.
I agree that the seats look pretty similar but the Evo9 seats do give a bit more lumbar support which helps.
As for the Type S seats, I think plAythiNG knows that they aren't recaros but was just asking for a comparison. In any case i think Didz is right, I'm pretty sure recaro aren't making seats for Honda anymore. I think Honda are making their own in-house design seats? They look like Recaros though but are "branded" Type R for e.g:
FD2R (FN2R shares the same seat as well I'm pretty sure):
But again, I'm not 100% sure as Honda haven't really been producing many "sport" cars with seats to compare!
hmmm, i love the look of my seats.. favorite part of the car, if only they had stronger lumbar support .... i really like your evo 9 seats, are u using them with oem rails / rails from evo 9, or aftermarket rails ...... cos i really like it.. A LOT! lol

I'm using the Bride (Type RO) rails I had on my low max seats. Yeh I love these seats, something different from the everyday SR3 or SR4!
Impulse rim purchase. To be honest, I'm not 100% in love with it. But the fitment at the rear is good, just needs a roll as I'm scrubbing over bumps and with sharp turns.

More info later!
As owner of PWP Type S too, I'd say they will match all so great
