Premium white pearl Integra Type S

Finally got my hands on the car I was looking for! Seem to be rare in Australia, this was only the 2nd white type s I've seen for sale in Aus in the last 3-4 months so I snapped it up. I believe I'm the 3rd owner, the previous owner bought the car 4 months ago from Rick Damelian and it's in really good nick. Anyway, some pictures!

    Out with the old:

    In with the new!

Never realised it was so high stock!

Stivo will be missed but DC5 potential is much higher in my opinion. In stock form it out handles the stivo with ease.

First thing in order will be a set of coils and some wheels. Also looking to source a full mugen lip kit from somewhere so we'll see how that goes. Might be heading to the US on holidays so I'll see if I can pick anything up over there.

    Thanks for looking

yeh love BBS, but I'm guessing those LM-Rs are way too expensive. Might settle for some normal LM's with nice offset if I can find a set

Got around to installing Injen this past week.

Forgot to take a decent picture of my engine bay before the install, only picture I have:

Overall it was easy enough. Took a while as it was the first time taking off the bumper but really there's nothing to it.

How the pod and the replacement washer bottle looked before tightening everything.

This bracket that came off the base of the battery caused some problems. We drilled where the spot welds were but it didn't immediately come loose. It also slightly scratched the pipe in the process. After some more prying and shaking, managed to get it off.

Engine bay looks rather empty without the stock airbox.

Overall, not the hardest DIY. Great induction noise over 5k rpm but otherwise quite unnoticeable sound change below that range. To be honest I didn't notice too much of a power increase but that may be due to the fact that I didn't really drive it long with the stock air box in to notice the difference + it's an NA and only a CAI .

Next up: Just found some bride rails
