wow. i wudnt let my frends use my teg to drive me to uni =X
++ it was raining! u hav injen dont u?
id b scared if some1 else was driving my car in the rain =X
haha it was my room mate lol, I trust him with my car.
Yeah I have injen...I drive in the rain all the time, I wouldnt have got injen if it can't be used when its raining lol.
IMO hydro-lock is a very small risk and very exaggerated, I have personal experience driving into a lake (not really, deepish sorta puddle which submerged the pod well and truly) and my engine walked away fine.
You can spray a hose at the pod filter while the car is on and it would probably be fine, only an issue if the pod is completely submerged
My rear camber arms blew themselves over last night. Pretty much just got in the car this morning, drove it out of the garage and the rear was scrubbing like hell...stopped and saw my rear camber on the RHS:
Looking closer:
Can see clearly the end of the camber arm snapped. Annoyance and fustration aside, can anyone recommend another set (these are buddyclub) of better quality?
Cant recall it happening, besides the scrubbing i experienced this morning. Did a 400km trip last night without issues...then as mentioned before this morning it was crazy.
Jesus. Lucky that didn't happen during the 400km trip. I'm using SPC atm and they seem to be good quality although I've never seen a buddy club kit in person so can't really compare. Best of luck finding another set Will.

Yeah...that's the bright side of it. SPC...where did you get those slash for how much?
Cheers mate
omg im using buddyclub p1 as well and ive been tracking it
jdm yards civic uses it too though so thats weird
Yeah...I wasn't even driving it hard before it happened. Was definately taking it easy...probably can't be said for the whole of the camber arms life but.
ouch...has this happened to anyone else?...thats weird. Thought their meant to handle high tensile situtation.
Done a bit of research on them. Due to the design it has no give when the wheel or suspension bump around and so the length of the arm just flexs and stresses...eventually it will give, due to the weak design (even with high quality material)
Had mine on for about 1 year and a half...dissapointed, but I can't say that I havent got a fair amount of use out of them I guess
