Nice job, love the Type-Ring the looks department. Planning on changing the seats or keeping the leather ?

                    Just a question,
does the JDM DC5 have an inhibitor switch on the clutch pedal??

                    clutch switch.jpg

the pedal box on the left is out of my Type-S,
the pedal box on the right is from JDM DC5 Type-R.

Note the switch, it is activated when pedal is pushed all the way..

I think that's for the starter button kit, which was an option on the jdm dc5, so you'd have to have the clutch in before the starter motor would activate when the button was pressed.
So when fitting a jdm starter button kit to our aus spec cars you have a spare wire that you just earth, and then you need to make sure your neutraled before mashing the red dot

                          I checked it out,
it's called a clutch interlock switch, or clutch safety switch.

All other countries seem to have them on the DC5 except AUDM models..

To re locate the front number plate I used a front number plate bracket from a Kia and slightly modified it to make it fit.
