Got my dc5 6 months ago, fortunately i know the full history of the car as it previously was owned by my mum, she purchased it brand new back in "05".. she was going to get the base model but i convinced her to go the type-s, as i knew i was getting it eventually..... When i git the car it had onlt 55k on the odometer...

next step was the type-r wing which i got off ebay for $200.. this was the first fittment of the wing with the lip removed..sigpic MRDC5SComment

thanks mate.. coilovers wont be for a while yet.am a mechanic myself, but any tips and advice always goes a long way....

Not necessarily good. Exhausts are one of those things where you get what you pay for. A cheap system may get you some noise increases but may be manufactured very crappily resulting in pressure losses along bends and ineffective heat retention properties. They can also be manufacture from cheaper metals which are much heavier too.Comment
