Hey guys, im fairly new to clubitr and after looking at almost every DC5 in Sydney i've finally found one that met my expectations. I picked it up last night from an owner who was 50 y.o. and had purchased the car brand new. Its an '03 model with only 65,000 ks with full logbook history from Larke Hoskins Honda and is immaculate in every aspect. Also has a sunroof! Hopefully i'll be able to get a few mods going once i manage to save up some cash as this car has landed me broke :/ anyways heres what my baby looks like as of now

Thanks man yeah the previous owner had parts of the seats retrimmed to prevent the bolsters from showing the usual wear and tear that recaros always start to show as they age. Wish it still said recaro on it though :/

Mint car you got there bro. Wish my paint job was as mint as that those seats, damn idk whether like them or hate them.

and to post pics you got to have an acc with flickr or something similar. Youtube it and you'll find how to, thats how i learnt also some help from other members on here

yeah i felt the exact same way when i first saw the seats but they've really grown on me and now i love them

I'm liking the seats and it's a sensible alternative to the damn alacantra wearing The wheels are definitely "interesting" - but the car as whole looks to be in fantastic condition. Nice buy

thanks guys, yeah took a while to find a dc5r in this condition with km's that low, I gave the seller a call the day he put it up for sale, saw it in person the next day and was blown away with how mint it was. Had the car in my driveway 2 days later, apparently someone else who test drove the car before i did was ready to buy it aswell but luckily i had already left a deposit on the car.

yeah i honestly dont know what i think about the wheels either :/ i was thinking about buying stocky dc5 wheels and spraying them a dark bronze like the R34 Gtr wheels? reckon that would look good on my car?

i reckon find some stock type s wheels they look nice on the dc5r. se7en has it on his car which is also a abp dc5r
