Dan's 02 EP3

Hi guys,

long story short I sold my EJ8 as I didnt want to spend heaps of $$ on a slug-it was a great car but i wanted more. Imported my EP3 at the start of 2011, the 2 month wait was killer, but was worth it once i got it in my hands. Passed RWC and compliance with no dramas at all.

It was bone stock when It came off the boat, so I've just done the essentials for track work and to make it 'mine'

shopping list:
Injen CAI
Takata 4 pt's
BC N+
Toda Catback
J's front strut
and a bunch of stuff i havent installed yet

Hope to get some tips/advice off you guys (and share in return) but for now here some pics





and a vid of the hillclimb i went to on saturday- it was very wet and greasy that day! cheers

Welcome to the forums. Thats one clean ep3. I was going to buy one but decided to get a dc5r instead. Those things are incredibly fast. Great buy.

hahaha yeah that was my plan too but one came up for a decent price and 1 year rego. So i couldnt resist. Had a few flaws with body work but thats no biggie. Came with a few mods so that was alright. Have big plans with the car. What are your next mods for this beast?

how do you find the buddyclub coilovers? do they go pretty low? did you also get inverted tie rod ends when you installed them?

haha yeah bro, living in WA now. One of the very few EP's over here. Loving it! Just deciding on where to start on suspension mods at the moment. As a stock car with intake and exhaust its a lot of fun.

Ah no shit, I remember you saying the turning circle was dreadful without the inverted rod ends. Which ones are you looking at getting?
