wow haven't updated this in awhile!
From the last update, the ITR was put back together and went out for its first hit out on the Wenesday practice day of WTAC 2012/Circuit club EC day.
I'll never forget the first time i opened it up down eastern creek straight that day, the acceleration was insane. After a few little adjustments at the next Circuit Club track day, it was ready for Honda Nationals. Benny finished 1st outright with a 1:00.8, becoming the quickest FWD at Wakefield. I managed to record a PB or 1:02.0 for the day.
The next event was the Import Monster Skylines Australia Nationals of 2012. Still on the old Yokohama Advan A050's and against a very impressive field of cars including the Unique Motorsports 300zx driven by John Boston (1:02.0) SX Developments S14 (1:02.2), Damiens NA EG civic driven by Benny Tran (1:02.7) and the Motive DVD S14 also driven by John Boston (1:03.6), Benny and I both managed the top spot with times of 1:01.2 and 1:01.8 respectively. This was an awesome day, showing the GTR guys what a FWD honda can do!
During this time I also attended the annual ClubITR BBQ.
For 2013, the first outing was at Circuit Club's Australia Day track day where i bettered my PB to a 1:01.4 and Benny reset the FWD record with a 1:00.4 still on the same Advan A050's!
The March Circuit Club track day was used to get the ITR ready to attack Winton at the Victorian Time Attack, this was the first outing after being freshly sprayed.
The Victorian Time Attack was held on easter weekend, the night before heading down to Winton, the car got some fresh liverys.

Despite a very eventful Day 1 which saw a gearbox change and getting disqualified from the event for not having an effective muffler and noise until we addressed the issue which saw us getting an exhaust made by a local workshop at 9pm on a long weekend! (Confusion with the rules, WTAC rules were inplace which doesn't require an effective muffler/noise limit. But the sub regs, conflicted the WTAC ruling) Benny managed to finished 1st outright resetting the Winton FWD record (previously held by Damiens EG 1:30.2) with a 1:26.5 in the top 10 shootout. It was my first time at Winton, and i could only manage a 1:31.1 in my limited track time, due to what happened on day one. With a theory lap in the 28's i will be back at to improve that time.
