Ahhh man i love this car ahahah!

I find sometimes hard to get 3rd gear when giving it a boot. I seem to miss it and almost like it wants to go to 1st or 5th. Suppose i gota get used to the closer gears and box. Love it to bits!

I suggest a transmission fluid change, if you change your engine mounts as well it will make a huge difference to the third gear notchiness

                Enjoy the DC5 !

Also that silver dc5 with orange wheels has rota grids with folk racing stickers on them lol...

Yeah this weekend i plan on doing gearbox, engine oils and filter.

Do these take a 10-30 fully synthetic ? For gearbox oil im going to get genuine honda oil fliid.

Genuine is fine I have always used 5w-30 so can't comment on how the heavier 10-30 performs

Definitely change the gearbox oil and see what happens with third gear! For the engine depending on where you are the manual will recommend a 5W-30 or a 10W-30, so the 5W-30 should be fine.

Stevan I am disappoint . That guy did have Grids early in his car ownership but that set is definitely genuine TE37s, 9.5/10.5 retard staggered.

I have no dramas getting in 3rd gear dont get me wrong she goes in perfectly its just if I go from 2nd to 3rd rather quickly/red line i seem to miss it. I think its just cause im not used to it yet but am still going to change oil either way!
