    DC2R Track Car

Car is sold due to family commitment and no time to race.

Purchased this car in the early 2010 intend to build a track car, the car sat at Bel garage for a few months getting prepped for 2010 superlap (clubsprint class). I went with a B18 LS vtec and running out of time and into problems manage to get it running and tuned the nite before the superlap race day, due to a fresh motor Bel garage didn’t want to push it and left it at 135kw on e85.With out any testing the car had ran into problems during the race and the day ended with a 1.54 on street tyres and took home a trophie for the fastest FWD clubsprint class.

Before handing the car over to the new owner Bel garage decided to put it back on the dyno to see what more can it make, 152kw on 98ron cam timing set at 0deg, more power can be made with cam timing and running e85,but just to have a piece of mind what it capable of.

Bel garage dyno is a low reading dyno so im happy to see the figure..the car hasnt seen the track after 2010 superlap, shame not knowing what times it would have done.

Sad to see this car go

      beautiful!!

I just have a few questions, i know the marginal benefits that E85 possesses for boosted applications as it's increased octane allows to run more boost, advanced timing and leaner ratio's.

How big are benefits for N/A? What power gain would you make on a N/A?

ive notice that with high comp piston the response and revs quicker on e85, not sure about leaner, but we had to run aprox 30% more fuel.. u can gain up to 5 to 8kw more on e85.
