Hey mate, quick question...

in ur previous dc5, u went for the Spoon 5.1 fd and u said it was a great mod.

now in ur euro, any reason why u didnt go for a lower final drive when u put in the dc5 ITR gears also?

yeh.... didn't want to go the 5.1 coz of 2.4L.....

i think it would be too short plus the redline is 8200 which is lower (not by much) compared to my dc5.... power is there on this car though.. 257hp at the hubs.

installed RRC manifold in place of the RSP and removed the DBW TB and replaced it with a skunk2 70mm cable tb.....

took out the j's exhaust as well, and replaced it with a custom 3" exhaust....

will update mods above and dyno sheet soon.

ahh yess how could i forget of the 2.4L lower redline - i even mentioned it in another thread lol.

lets say the k24 did redline to 8k at least. would u have installed the 5.1?

umm.. well mine atm goes to 8300rpm..

and no.. i think it's just right tbh.... no/very minor wheel spin just as i hit vtec on second gear....

maybe a bit hard to see.. but the first time i tuned with RSP and 64mm TL DBW TB.....

This was tuned about 8 months later with 70mm Skunk2 cable TB and RRC intake manifold....

still tuned with 70RR.... 3" custom wasn't installed back then....

i had the S90 70mm TB before.... it was 2nd hand though.. but sticky throttle, and it was impossible to take off nicely..

never thought i'd use a skunk2 part, but its great so far... not sticky, well made, and overall quite happy with it....

Got my car retuned recently by Joel from driven Singapore with another set of RDX injectors and my 3" exhaust. Post dyno sheet with all three tunes shortly!

Solid blue - 3rd tune with 3" exhaust
Red - 2nd tune with RRC, 70mm skunk2 cable tb, 70RR and RDX injectors
Blue - RSP with 64mm DBW tb, 70rr and Stock 310cc injectors.
