surely someone has bothered taking the matter to the police? you guys have all the information, don't let this scammer get away with it.

i suspect people are too lazy and selfish to report the matter to the police. only when they have assurance that they will get their money back would they feel the need to get off their asses. well done guys.

Thatd be really sad if that was the case. This guy really needed to be brought to justice, u guys had all the evidence and details you needed.

Personally If I had been involved in this I would have immediately gone to the police with printed pages of this entire thread, details of the scammed and everyone involved. At least make a report/statement. For all we know he could still be scamming some poor guy.

I was dealing with a guy on Nissansilvia.com that provided this exact email address for my Paypal payment and sure enough I never received my parts!
