Hi does any one is brisbane have any photos of the floods they could post up?

i'm in Sydney at the moment and have been told its getting pretty bad

suburbs along the brisbane river are pretty bad.

City, West End etc have been evacuated.

Brisbane is not even the tip of the iceberg. A week ago the flooded area equated to a larger mass than the state of Texas. It would be much higher now and will continue to grow.

brissy is a mess and will get worse but is the little towns west that are simply washed away with no warning that coped it the worse, loss of lives! hope all are safe and keep safe (and dry if possible)

to the OP, all u need to do is switch on the TV and watch channel 7 and 9 and you will see non-stop videos and news reports about the floods... better than pictures!

most of the city is either covered mud or still underwater, some places have begun cleaning up

Pfft... 1/4 of the city is under mud.

1/2 of Ipshit is under mud and scum... only reason it's not 100% is because the scum have gone to the evacuation points for free food
