From Stop: Tullamarine Airport/Arrival Dr (Melbourne Airport)
Take Skybus towards City

From Stop: Southern Cross Coach Terminal/Spencer St (Melbourne City)
To 120-Lonsdale St/Spencer St (Melbourne City)

From Stop: 120-Lonsdale St/Spencer St (Melbourne City)
Take the Route 75 tram towards East Burwood
Get off at stop 5-Flinders Street Railway Station/Flinders St (Melbourne City)

From Stop: 5-Flinders Street Railway Station/Flinders St (Melbourne City)
To Flinders Street Railway Station (Melbourne City)

Flinders Street Railway Station (Melbourne City) Platform 6
Take the train towards Pakenham
Get off at Berwick Railway Station (Berwick) Platform 2

skybus > taxi.

you could probably get the skybus driver to drop you off at a hotel across from flinders street station too because they have free hotel transfers from the spencer street station (i think the ramada hotel is across/very close to flinders st station).
