hey guys,

My Dc5r recently got written off due to perth's hail storm ..got payed out just wondering what u guys would get as a replacement car?! my teg did ard 115000kms...and was about to change cars..

Options:

1.Evo 6.5
2.Civic Type ep3
3.Dc2
4.Others

im leaning towards the ep3 ... a couple recently landed in Perth ..but downer is that both done 100000kms ..

evo and dc2 would be nice but im worried about maintaining cost cos its old!

please share ur throughts!

The car's you've posted are all over the shop.

The EP3R's are the newest of the lot, but you are complaining about the 100k km, when almost all the DC2R's you'll find are going to have around that mark.

Most DC2R's are going to be <20k

Most Evo 6.5's are going to be >25k

play: mate i lost all my mods insurance towed it away and locked it away... my sister took it that day to uni i came home that night from work to find out that the car had its front and rear windows smashed in and dented by the hail, heaps of water got in and it was deem undriveable so they tow it straight to the car lot.. lost my jracing 60rs, spoon springs, b.clubs 18inches rims and cold intake .plus strut bars and swaps bars .. lucky my rims were insuranced. so no mods

How are you with K's? I know of a fair few people that are under the impression that once a car has reached 100k km it's time for a rebuild or the car is worthless

Mods? Again, lots of people won't touch a car with mods.

Obviously you aren't partcial to the amount of doors you have (Evo has 4, DC2R and EP3R have 2).

Also guessing by that list it has to be a "performance" car... so no Mazda 2 Maxx
