    never made a police report before, do they have to come look at the car or anything? i dont want them handing me defects in the process lol

        you can do it over the phone...i did a vandalism report on the phone when i got keyed. They took a statement, then sent me a copy of my statement with a case number and it was signed by the copper that took the call as a stat dec for use when i made my insurance claim.

        Didnt need to go in at all.

        Just make sure you have as many details available on hand (time, location, etc etc)

        You prob need your license on hand to Identify yourself.

            I talked to the coppers last night and they said his going to be charged for attempted theft, they had jacks and bricks ready to steal my rims.....

            couldn't sleep ever since!
