Can someone from Melb help me inspect a car?

We're thinking about coming down to buy a Rav 4. We have a price negotiated but before we get it checked by RACV, we were hoping someone would help us out and go check it out first for us just to spot any real obvious issues that there might be and save us the cost of the RACV inspection.

Can anyone help this weekend or next week? The car is at Gowanbrae.

PS. Its not a replacement for my R. Its for my girlfriend. Before I sell my R I need to make sure we have something to drive around in to shop for my new car
