This is what I would do.
Find out their business information.
Contact them and ask on a ETA for your product(s).
Just let them know that you are not satisfied with the wait and you will report them to Department of Fair Trading for a result if needed.

This thread is about the group buy from James @ Hondatech, seems like the items are finally finding their way to the people who bought from him.
