Thing is I rather ce28's over re30's I'm really relunctant. And I don't think I'll find ce28's in the offset + size as cheap as 2300-2600 2nd hand...

I'd be worried about the quality of anything you buy from Payless Tyres.

There are a squillion different reputable JDM brands that will make a better wheel and get you more rep in that style. Try Advan, Work or Enkei. If money ain't no thang then look at Rays too.
