Poor car.. Owner was probably some international student who got deported.. Hopefully, no one steals it and flogs it off in bits and peices or worst still joyride and destroy it..

yep, saw her driving down stkilda rd about 2 weeks ago , still filthy, but at least she was moving. that guy must have heaps in fines to pay off .

Even that, the owner could just park the car at a residential area to avoid all those fines.
Again, he might be filthy rich to pay up all those fines!
