              Oil filter fell out due to install/operator error. Hence, they devised and created a secondary oil filter catch ring to prevent this from happening again.

                It sounded like he missed shifted into lower gear and drilled the motor. Listen to it just before it blows. I would say he put it in 1st to early at that speed.
