best rpm for vtec??

hey guys i have an apexi vafc2 and my vtec currently kicks in at
5300-5400ish just wondering what u guys think..

and with the vtec controller am i able to change when it kicks in??

Yeah you can but I suggest you dun play with it too much......I already know a few ppl play around with it too much and cause some major issue with their engine.......Standard setting is the best unless you have some serious internal modifications......
