Sorry to say, but IMO i think it's more show for Ferrari than anything. It's a simple math issue. If i know i can get 1 min out of this track with a F430 and 30 secs from a F1 Ferrari, then no matter what, a 20 sec handicapp (for example) will always see the F1 get pass the F430.
