ok guys this is what ive worked out so far.. just brief info, i will work out the more specifics shortly.

              - meet up at a central location
              - cruise down to picton karts
              - do the GP Challenge ( http://www.pkt.net.au/hirekarts/GP-Challenge/ )
              - have catered lunch there afterwards
              - and finally once we all are full, cruise home.

for the catered lunch these are the options i had in mind (its on their website) :

              SAUSAGE SIZZLE - $10pp

              BBQ ThinSausages
              Cooked Onions
              Hot Chips
              Bread Rolls
              Sauce & Condiments
              Full Bbq's:-

              Menu No 2 - $15.00 per person

              Minute Steaks
              Thin Sausages
              Cooked Onions
              Tossed Garden Salad
              Coleslaw§ Hot Chips
              Beetroot
              Sauces & Condiments
              Bread Rolls

              Menu No 1 - $20.00 per person

              Minute Steaks
              Thin Sausages
              Cooked Onions
              Tossed Garden Salad
              Oriental Rice
              Coleslaw
              Hot Chips
              Beetroot
              Sauce & Condiments
              Bread Rolls
              Fresh Fruit Platter (Seasonal Fruits)

Personally i would choose the BBQ menu number 1, knowing myself after an hours fun of karting i would be starving!.

what do you guys think? any opinions are welcome guys.

EDIT: damnit, too late for me to add a poll..
the dates i had in mind are as follow:
              All on a saturday
              November 22nd
              November 29th
              December 6th
              and December 13th

              Tam.

picton is a pretty good track and if it gets wet the hire karts get very very very loose and make you look like tsuchiya. eastern creek is better tho and probably the most central and closest for everyone plus i think their karts are the fastest around.

sam bring yours, il bring mine
