I personally liked it before i saw it in person and had a play with it.
The quality of the materials is dodgy at best compared to previous models... my sister owns a 3rd gen and i think this was the most well made out of the nanos
It's made me so upset that I'm even thinking about buying a Zune instead...

whats the difference compared to the previous nano? except for the shape and material?

new nano has the accelerometer that tilts the image/video when you turn it on its side to view movies in 16:9
it also has the shake to change tracks, same as in current Sony Ericsson mobiles.
and it comes in 8gb and 16gb variants.

I liked the 2nd gen Nanos as I prefer the longer shape and when I saw the 3rd gens, I didn't like it at all and did not purchase one...I'm thinking about these new 4th gens as they're similar in size with the 2nd gens but with longer screen and some other features...

Though I haven't had a play around with one yet so I can't comment on the build quality etc...
