Just wanted to let you guys know I got some cheap insurance recently. It was through bingle.com.au, amazingly they insured my type R for around $850 full comp per annum.
The catch is they dont allow "ANY" vehicle modifications whatsoever. But stock car suits me. The other catch is they are basically a front for AAMI, ie. good luck getting a payout when you need it, from a couple of stories I've heard.

Try GIO Custom. I'm on full-comp 23yr old male driver in a medium-risk area and paying 1.6k a year.
