You own copyright for the photo's so definately say something.

I mean even if they credit you.

Your proof are your originals...hope you have them

if the seller posted up the images when they went to sell their car then i dont know if you can really do anything... just email them anyway and tell them to take them down.

If I take a photo of your car. I own the photo's copyright. Not you, the car owner.

wont you be able to tell certain information by simply downloading the foto, right clicking and propeties....

that should tell you certain things like camera, settings, date taken etc...

i had my photos used by Carmate at one stage too..and i emailed them about it, and after a few attempts at getting some compensation for it, they took it down for good.

but that was it's because my car's picture was being shown on their website to sell their bodykits...

some people told me that i should feel happy that someone wants to use your picture, but my pics on Carmate.com, no thanks.

Hehe...sorry Felix...I never posted them...I just gave them to the Jing as you wanted to use them in his for sale ad.

I wonder if Jing actually put his car on Carpoint....I know it was on Carsales...

But OK I will drop them a line, but what should I say? They are illegally using my images and they should take it down or compensate me for it?

I do have the originals of course...
