its really bad for your health, it might give you some problem with your kidney but..
mi goreng is DAM GOOD! i used to eat 5 packets a day.. yes i was a pig back then (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) (got addicted)

now i stop eatting it due to making me gain weight and decrease my fitness lvl

Here is my attempt at a Mi Goreng feast:



Classic Mi Goreng with a little additional soy sauce fried in sesame oil with an egg and a rasher of middle bacon. Just ate it and it was pretty good . Sorry for the ghetto phone pic it looked a lot better than that in real life .
