I agree, due to some unfamiliar cicrumstance he will likely get off lightly.
However, in the end, he is just scum. Earn a decent living like everyone else!! What a bloody joke.

Sometimes you feel they should incorporate the three strikes and your out rule... However, this is a really grey area and I 99% of the time do not support it. This is an exception.

Still feel sorry for the owner each time I read this story. No one deserves that.
