derek: the straight swaybar cost more to install and more time as u need to remove the gearbox. so its best to do it when u change your clutch mate.

Stock R35 is quick! Motor or wheels tested it against a 996 GT2, $30k brake upgrade and michelin full slicks and Ed Ordynski pulled a 1:16.3 after 30 laps. The stock GTR did a did a 1:14.7 within 3 laps.
Should be coming out in the next issue.

I did a 1:20.2, new PB, fairly happy. Used Endless CCX with DBA 4000 rotors which were great, but they didnt last very long - 2 track days and a year of daily driving. Have ordered new brake pads.

My sussy set up was ok.... the TMR springs are nice and stiff and the bilstein dampers seemed quite up to the task. I think I will benefit from a lower COG though, running almost stock height atm.

I also need to adjust my camber settings, running stock and didnt seem to get as much out of the semis as I would have liked. Dont think I'll buy camber tops at this stage - going overseas mid next year. I'll see how much camber I can squeeze out of the stock sussy (-1 to -1.75 I hear).

Never said that they did! Just saying that that isn't what they do...but I see Paully has made some clarification on the origin of this, so we'll drop it now.
