Paully, I was thinking about your drinks gathering idea...and the only places that are local to you guys that I can think of is Mounties or Collingwood Hotel.
Went to Collingwood to watch the NRL final the other week, not a bad venue that one. Great chips there...carpark is a bit dodge though. Is Mounties safe for Evos?Team Misplaced CT9A Owner #001

i haven't heard of anything bad happening to any cars at mounties just yet.
they've got security guards that regularly patrol the outside carparks in a golf buggy haha
btw, just bought an hks kansai rear swaybar. you guys reckon i should set it to soft or medium? big difference in having a stiffer swaybar?[ Team Misplaced CT9A Owner #006 ]

yeah mounties arent too bad mate as young Derek said.
derek...my sway bar is set on medium and i will be using that setting for track too as i do now for street. for u i think u should stick to soft as u drive on the street 100%.
when i out my swaybar on straight away i noticed the rear was more firm and hence not as comfortable.
also remember that if your rear sway is too stiff ur car will want to slide/drift and get more tail happy.Team Misplaced CT9A Owner #004

soft it will be then, thanks paul.
im a member of mounties. but rejoining is like $5 man.. cmon, thats one less drink. lol nah let us know if you need me/my card.
yeah, just make sure u enter thru the front of the club, they've put a dickwank of a speedhump in the back to keep the sports cars away.
btw stan, did you install both front and rear swaybars? i heard a stiffer front swaybar causes more understeer and is like $300 just to install.
oh btw lads, ive fitted a beatrush licence bracket. looks soo much nicer....[ Team Misplaced CT9A Owner #006 ]

wow...a r35 on track? how did that beast go mate? and more importantly how did u go? what brake pads were u using?
derek: the straight swaybar cost more to install and more time as u need to remove the gearbox. so its best to do it when u change your clutch mate.Team Misplaced CT9A Owner #004

We were talking about Gearbox options, BOV's , Turbos, internals etc.
How about the 9 MR? Any upgrade to the suspension besides shocks+springs and wheels?
"Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horse power is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you."
