Just a heads up so that anyone that signs up to the new Cap plans know how it works.
Sales assistant never told me that it was prorata so I got slapped with a $93 bill. Ok now let me explain.
I signed up on the 16th August and was never told that my billing month cycle thing was on the 18th of every month so I only got two days usage here...
So the bill comes this morning and I get charged $49 for the September month (fair enough) and also an extra $28 on top for those two days because I only had $280/30*2=$19 or so cap...and $4 usage fee for those two days...reason why I got charged an extra $28 is because I went over the $19 by that amount...so if you sign up 1 day before your billing cycle then you only get approximately $9 cap and a $2 usage fee...
Far out this sucks!
