I just tested it on a pub server of around 24 players...took some time for the HLTV to kick in properly and work (went upto around 900ms and sits nicely at around 350ms). Spectated a few people and no lag whatsoever...set a 90 sec delay too...quite cool so I think I'll book with them.

Yeah, it's a great tool but unfortunately it won't stop people cheating. If they could develop a fool-proof anti-cheat I'd pay to play!
