I received a toll notice for the cruise we had a few months back.

What happens if I filled the statutory declaration and put my name as the driver responsible for the offence?

Sounds so serious, of course I will put my name. Just wondering what happens.

If you have a toll tag then you can put the details down and only pay the toll charge without the administration fee

Find a friend/colleague/relative who has a electronic toll account and get him to do you a favor and pay the original/normal toll costs. All you need is their toll account details and you ring in the details before the deadline. Ringing in is the quickest way to get it processed since it's done on the spot vs. mailing in which sometimes can get "lost" or processed late.

But yes, time to get an electronic toll account if you don't have one already. This technology has been in use for almost a decade now. There is nothing unbeneficial about getting an electronic toll account. It's hassle free in short.
