trouble with getting JDM dc2 with loan

The bank would not give me the loan because it is a imported car...what can i do?
    sigh~

    NEW QUESTION

    Anyone work in a bank?
For personal loan, i onli need around 9k (half the money for a car, i got the other half settle)
what do u guys think is the best reason to get 9k from a personal loan?

and coz i'm moving house soon i thought about saying FUNITURES
    or CAR EQUIPMENTS from friends

(reason i'm making up ideas is coz this money is for a JDM DC2R, the bank won't let me loan the car)

    please PM some ideas thanks

    Find a loan broker perhaps.
    Ask a different bank.
    Buy an AUDM DC2R.

    Seemed pretty obvious to me.

              1) try a different bank
              2) get a personal loan (greater % rate)

i thought personal loans attract slightly less interest then a car loan??

but my advice is getting a loan for a car is a bad idea....not worth getting a loan for a depreciating asset.

generally a personal loan is not secured with the asset so there is more risk for the bank as there may not be anything they can reposses to get there money back should the owner default so they attract a higher interest rate.

a car loan sometimes just called a secured loan is secured by the thing being bought or something else of value, ie the car, so the bank knows it has something that can be repossed if the owner defaults. this then attracts a lower interest rate

Personal loan has a higher interest rate then a car loan.

get cash for the car ! thats what im doing!

i find it hard to get a car on a loan, when the repayments are finished your at a big loss and probably paid double what the car is worth and car wont even be worth the original purchase price.
