Login problem with CITR (firefox)

I'm having a problem with CITR remembering my login/password. I always click 'Remember Me' but after a while it just logs me out and I have to do it again.

I've tried going to the tools/options of firefox to check the cookies and there is nothing wrong. Other sites are working fine, so I even included it as 'exception' just to be sure. Nope, still doesn't work.

is that with https:// ??

mike, you might be having trouble at tafe because i think they clear the cookies frequently.


anyways, I'm pretty sure its some sort of cookie issue. Try deleting the clubitr cookie from your files so that it creates a new cookie. you may still be using a cookie from a long long time ago. I had the same problem a while ago.

I've deleted the cookie and re-logged in. Let's see if this works.

It didn't work... I got rid of the listing in the exception list and it still doesn't work... Works fine in IE, but doesn't seem to like Firefox. Anyone here using firefox without trouble?

Never had any problems! I've been logged in ever since cITR was started up.

Tools -> Options -> Privacy Tab -> Show Cookies -> Search for clubitr -> Highlight all and delete.

also look for any powweb entries, like clubitr.powweb.com

I only have windows firewall. Nothing else.
